Moses is the recipient of the 2023 Dame Malvina Major Opera Excellence Award. Born in New Zealand, Moses is a graduate of the Welsh International Academy of Voice under tenor Dennis O’Neill, and has since performed all over the world. A signed Universal Music Artist for over a decade, Moses has arranged, composed and recorded multiple platinum selling albums with internationally acclaimed operatic trio SOL3 MIO. In 2023 he released an original album of film inspired soul musician titled Grace, that debuted at #1 in New Zealand.
With a gifted nature for theatre and storytelling, Moses extends his passions beyond the composition world, and in 2024 debuts the role of Dulcamara in L’elisir d’amore with Taranto Opera in Italy, before performing the role of Raimbaud in the opera Le Comty Ory with the New Zealand National Opera company. Moses will then be a Voice Fellow at the Prague Opernfest in July 2024.
